If you don't want to read all of the boring stuff below, in short - if you are unhappy with the items you've purchased or if you want a different size, you can return and/or exchange them within 7 days - as long as they haven't worn it out, spilt sangria on it or got it 'hot-rocked'. The returns address is below!
Our "No Mess" guarantee means that, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the freepost return of opened and worn items if they are faulty, unless otherwise agreed via phone or email. If you receive an item and find that it is the wrong size, you can return it to us at cost and we can reissue a replacement. Please email email@example.com for more details.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. Where appropriate, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.

Outline of our purchase procedure:
The price you will pay for the goods is shown in the Total row of the shopping basket.
Once you wish to purchase the goods from your shopping basket you can proceed to the Checkout where we will ask for your payment details.
By completing the details and clicking the "Confirm Order" button on the Checkout screen you are offering to buy the goods subject to our Terms and Conditions and this Purchase Procedure.
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
We will then acknowledge your order. In the unlikely event of card authorisation failure or the product being discontinued a member of our customer care team will contact you.
When we receive your order we may find that the price quoted for the goods you have ordered has changed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price in the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions. If this happens we will inform you of the new price and ask you if you wish to proceed with your order. You can either accept the price change or terminate the contract by notice in writing to us.
